Refund Policy

At Usher Michael Haumahu, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and straightforward refund policy in accordance with Dutch consumer protection laws.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made products, intimate apparel, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through contact form within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Return Shipping:
    • For returns within the Netherlands, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • If you are returning from outside the Netherlands, international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, duties, and taxes.
  • Return Address: You will be instructed where to send the return once it is approved. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Processing:
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If the item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., shows signs of wear or damage), we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we recommend checking stock before requesting.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you will be given the option to receive a refund or choose another product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • In the case of defective items, please include a description and, if possible, photographs of the issue to expedite the process.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you must follow the return process.
  • For custom-made or personalized items, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
